The whole IT spend chain, one method
Nine domains, one common base of data and calculation. For each, what we do and what proves it: practiced, tooled, compared, in pilot or planned.
From purchase to footprint
Each domain carries its level of proof; actual usage and invoice gaps feed the next negotiation.

- Cloud FinOps
- AI and tokenomics in pilot
Measure the footprint
Actual usage, renewal dates and invoice gaps feed the next negotiation.
Practiced: engagements prove it. Tooled: our app computes it. Compared: method applied, no engagement of its own. In pilot: offer open, format set after the first engagements. Planned: not available yet.
What we do, and what proves it
Budget, reforecast, allocation, chargeback
A common allocation framework, a budget reforecast every month, variances explained by cause, a chargeback that every entity understands.
- Practiced: budget, reforecast, allocation and chargeback in a workbook
- Tooled: billed or amortized showback, variances explained
- Planned: rule-based business dimensions and chargeback configured in our app
IT procurement
We prepare your IT purchasing decisions: spend map built from invoices and contracts, cloud commitment purchase plan, renewals and competitive tenders.
- Practiced and tooled: cloud procurement and commitments
- Practiced: software vendor renewals
Vendors
Committees with your cloud providers and your software vendors, checks of their billing, negotiation preparation, trade-off between marketplace and direct purchase.
- Practiced: management of cloud providers and software vendors (governance, committees, billing checks)
Contracts
Register of contracts and renewal dates, consumption commitments tracked, invoiced prices checked against the price grid, exit windows anticipated. The analysis is economic; legal matters stay with your lawyer.
- Practiced: review of cloud and software vendor contracts, renewal dates, commitments, invoiced price checks
- Tooled: commitment schedule
Licensing, SAM and SaaS
Entitlements against usage, dormant seats reallocated, licenses in the cloud, SaaS portfolio, preparation of renewals and vendor audits.
- Practiced: SAM and SaaS management
- Tooled: licenses in the cloud
- In pilot: vendor audit preparation and defense
- SPLA review: offered, duration set at scoping
Data center and VMware
Full cost per application, hosting and energy included; VMware exit; migration business case over five years.
- Practiced: full on-premises cost per application, migration and VMware exit TCO
- Compared: alternative hypervisors and sovereign clouds
Cloud FinOps
Read-only collection, data in the FOCUS format, tested calculation rules, variances explained, action plan tracked action by action.
- Practiced and tooled: Azure and Google Cloud
- AWS: practiced, tooling being recalibrated
AI and tokenomics
Seats, tokens by application and by model, reserved capacity or pay as you go, allocation by team; we apply the FinOps Foundation's token economics framework.
- Practiced in the field; offer in pilot
- Planned: AI cost chargeback by team and rebilling by client
GreenOps
Measure the cloud footprint from the provider's data, attach it to the same dimensions as costs and steer the shared levers: shutdown outside business hours, right-sizing, unused resources, storage, and region choice when your policy allows it.
- Practiced and tooled: Green IT indicators
- Practiced in the field: emissions published by the provider, attached to costs
- Planned: import of emissions into our app
The same method across the whole chain
Same data
Invoices, contracts, inventories and metrics read in read-only mode; the cloud brought to the FOCUS format.
Same calculation
Observed, amortized and billed cost; never a list price alone.
Same dimensions
Entities, applications, environments: the same for costs, contracts and emissions.
Same statuses
Identified, validated, realized, verified in the invoice: from estimate to invoice.
Reference frameworks: the FinOps Foundation scopes (cloud, AI, SaaS, licensing, data center) and the TBM taxonomy for procurement, vendors and contracts.
What we do not do
- Buy on your behalf: we are neither a purchasing agency nor a delegated buyer
- Run your contracts through their life cycle, or give legal advice
- Replace your software asset management tool: we work with it or from your exports
- Produce a regulatory emissions statement or non-financial reporting
- Resell infrastructure or licenses
- Rate your vendors' risk
