Embedded: a FinOps practitioner inside your teams
A KeeFinops consultant works within your rituals and with your tools, at an agreed cadence and for an agreed duration: they run the reviews, get the levers executed and reforecast the budget.
Fixed scope: one deliverable, one deadline
An audit, a decision (VMware, migration, renewal), a governance package or a monthly review: scope, deliverables and price set before starting.
The product alongside: continuous measurement
Our app recomputes costs, variations and levers at every collection, between two engagements, hosted by KeeFinops or in your environment.
The three models can be combined. The details: engagement models.
Frequently asked questions
Do you bill for time spent?
Yes, when embedded: a KeeFinops FinOps practitioner inside your teams, at an agreed cadence and for an agreed duration. Audits, decisions and governance packages are at a fixed fee, with a scope, deliverables and a price set before starting. Our app comes alongside either one.
Why is no price displayed?
Because the price depends on parameters we do not know before the call: number of clouds, entities, vendors or contracts, size of the estate. After thirty minutes, you receive an embedded or fixed-fee proposal for a defined scope.
Can part of your fee depend on results?
In pilot only: on some negotiations, a variable fee can be added as an option, in pilot, with a baseline written down at scoping.
Are you tied to a provider?
We resell neither infrastructure nor licenses. A study is a fixed fee set before it starts, whatever the scenario chosen; any relationship with a compared provider is declared in the decision note.
Do you work with our managed service provider or integrator?
Yes. We prepare the changes (lists, per-VM plans, purchase orders, schedules); your managed service provider or integrator executes them in its tools and change windows.
What happens after a first entry point?
You keep the deliverables and decide what comes next: execute on your own, with a KeeFinops FinOps practitioner embedded or at a fixed fee, or keep the measurement going with our app. No follow-on is imposed.
