Execution and continuous steering

Your tool, Azure Advisor or an audit produced findings, and nothing moves. A KeeFinops FinOps practitioner takes the levers into production with your teams, tracks every gain action by action and reforecasts the budget every month.

Your situation

This is your situation if

The blocker is rarely technical: what is missing is a validation, an owner for each action, a change path, and someone to track the gain.
  • You have an audit, a tool or native recommendations, but not the cadence to see them through
  • Your FinOps is on their own and spends their days in Excel
  • Your changes go through a managed service provider who expects precise requests
  • Nobody can say what has been secured since the last committee

Format

Embedded: a FinOps practitioner inside your teams, for example one day a week for three months, then half a day a month.

Fixed scope: a monthly fixed fee for a scope, a cadence and objectives set at the start.

The product alongside: our app recomputes the plan at every collection.

Direct entry: an audit already done or six months of cloud history.

Frequently asked questions

Who executes the changes?

Your teams or your managed service provider, from changes we prepare. KeeFinops never holds write access to your resources.

How do you know the saving is real?

Every action carries a status, a completion rate and a date. The secured run-rate is an estimate, computed action by action. An action moves to the Verified in the invoice status only once measured in the daily billing data, before and after, resource by resource: this is not a reconciliation with the invoice total. The variance bridge separately explains the change in the invoice by families of causes.
