IT service providers: deliver FinOps with us
Your clients ask you to keep their cloud, their licensing and now their AI under control. We bring a practitioner, the method and our app; you keep the relationship, the brand and the technical execution.
Co-selling, co-delivery, white label
You present, we deliver
You identify the need at your client, we prepare the meeting and the proposal together; the relationship stays yours.
A mixed team, shared packages
Your consultants and a KeeFinops practitioner; each package is carried by whoever masters it, and each party bills its own package.
The method and the app under your brand
Our app licensed per end client, the method and one training day for your consultants; you set your selling price.
Four topics we handle with you
Your clients' FinOps
Audit, execution, procurement and contracts, VMware exit: our offers delivered on your clients' accounts, within your contracts.
All offersSPLA review
Reconciliation between reported and deployed, path chosen for each workload, audit preparation, fair rebilling per end client.
See the SPLA reviewYour clients' AI costs
Track the AI costs of each client and rebill them with your margin: the AI costs module of our app, prepared with design partners.
The planned moduleGreenOps per end client
Green IT indicators and emissions per end client, when each client has its own subscriptions or projects; a shared infrastructure is allocated by cost and flagged as such.

IT services firms, integrators and consultancies
You sell migration, run or transformation: add an audit, a business case or a VMware exit priced independently, without building a dedicated team.
MSPs and hosting providers
You operate your clients' environments and often report SPLA: SPLA review, rebilling per end client, pricing of the VMware outcomes for your hosted offers.
Cloud providers and software vendors
In co-selling, we complement your cost tooling for your clients: showback, explained variations, commitment plan.
Funds, incubators, accounting firms
You support SMEs and scale-ups: we offer them the lighter format, introduced by you.
You sell and execute, we tool and prepare
- Audit of a new account: where the money goes, net potential by lever, prioritized action plan
- Execution: qualified findings, prepared changes, status and gain tracked action by action
- Showback, explained variations and commitment purchase plan for your account reviews
- Portal per client, named access or SSO, in French and English
Business model: license per end client or per volume of spend tracked; you set your selling price.
Training: one day for your consultants, readout kits included.
Simple, and written down at the start
Embedded, fixed scope or license
The model follows your client's need: a practitioner in your project team, a fixed-scope deliverable, or our app under license.
Declared independence
Any fee linked to a compared provider is declared in the decision note.
Read-only
No write access to an end client's resources; technical execution stays in your hands.
Your clients remain yours
The commercial relationship stays with you; KeeFinops appears at most as the provider of the app, as we agree.

Partners' frequently asked questions
Will our clients see the KeeFinops brand?
Not if you do not want them to. Workbooks, summaries and portals are produced under your brand; KeeFinops appears at most as the engine provider in the legal notice, as we agree.
Who executes the changes at the client?
You, or the client itself. KeeFinops never holds write access to an end client's resources. We prepare the changes, prerequisites and tracking; technical execution stays in your hands.
Can we host the KeeFinops app in our own environment?
Yes. Our app fits in a container image; the collector runs read-only on the client side, the rest at your place or ours. Data stays in the tenant you choose.
How do we start?
With a thirty-minute call, then a first pilot account, often an existing client, on which we deliver an entry point together. The decision to go further is taken on that result.
Let's talk about your clients and your offer
Thirty minutes to understand your portfolio, your teams and your model, then a pilot account to judge on evidence.
