Large enterprises and organizations: reinforced governance
Several entities, several clouds, group-level vendors and commitments: we set up a common framework so that every euro of IT has an owner, a budget and a trajectory. We install it with you, we run it, then we hand it over to you.
Several entities, no shared figure
- Each entity counts its savings its own way; the committee wants one figure
- Commitments are negotiated at group level and consumed in the entities
- Recommendations circulate, nobody decides
- A merger, an insourcing or a FinOps team to build reshuffles the cards
- Your Green IT lead asks for indicators by entity
How we work
Embedded: most often, a KeeFinops FinOps practitioner inside your teams holds the framework, the committees and the reviews.
Fixed scope: the audit in its extended format, each governance package and each dated decision.
The product alongside: the same figures for every entity, at every collection.
What we set up, entity by entity
Common allocation and showback framework
Same dimensions, same allocation keys, same billed or amortized view in every entity. Showback in our app; virtual tagging and chargeback keys in a workbook, their integration is planned.
Committees
Weekly check-in, optimization review, monthly committee, vendor committee at each renewal: an agenda, decisions on record.
Roles
A sponsor, a FinOps pair (our consultant and your lead), one lead per entity, the application owners, procurement and financial control.
Adoption KPIs per entity
Share of cost allocated, actions with an owner and a date, commitment coverage, decision lead time, with progressive targets.
Contracts and commitments
With your procurement team: register of renewal dates and notice periods, consumption against commitment, negotiation positions, invoiced prices checked against the price list.
Budget and reforecast
A budget per entity, reforecast every month with the optimizations; every gap explained by its cause.
Execution reviews
Status, date and tracked savings for every action; an agreed escalation when an action is blocked.
GreenOps and reporting
Green IT indicators by entity and emissions published by the provider, passed on to group reporting.
Packages, committees of 30, 45 and 60 minutes, tooling: reinforced governance in detail.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a FinOps tool from the market?
No. The cockpit relies on our app and on your exports; if you already have a tool, we start from its data. Tooling speeds the approach up, it does not condition it.
Will the entities accept the allocation?
The calculation method and the allocation keys are validated with them before being applied. A disputed rule is corrected in the common rule, recorded in the decision register, not in a parallel spreadsheet per entity.
Can you include licensing, SaaS and contracts?
Yes, step by step: one cloud, then multi-cloud, then licensing and SaaS. Renewals and commitments are tracked in a register reviewed in committee, with your procurement team.
