Three offers, one per maturity level
No FinOps practice, a solo FinOps, or a team in place with recommendations that sleep: each situation has its answer. In all three cases, savings are computed on your observed cost and tracked until they are implemented.
FinOps Diagnostic
Fixed fee from €5k to €25k depending on scope, 4 to 8 weeks. A factual picture of your cloud spend and an action plan ready to execute.
We connect the KeeFinops engine in read-only mode to your billing, inventory and metrics (Azure, AWS or GCP), then qualify every lever with your teams: what can be done right now, what needs a prerequisite, what is not worth the risk.
- Where the money goes: by service, environment, application, subscription or project, in billed and amortized view
- From 20% of savings identified, computed on observed cost: Start & Stop, right-sizing, disks, backup, commitments, managed services
- Quantified commitment purchase plan (quantity, family, region, scope, term) for the coverage target you choose
- Action plan prioritized by gain, effort and risk, with an owner per action
- Deliverables: detailed Excel workbook, executive PDF summary, interactive DataViz site, restitution to teams and management
For whom? IT, cloud or platform leaders with €200k to €5M of annual cloud spend, without a structured FinOps practice, or a newly appointed manager who wants an objective picture.
What you decide: the scope (subscriptions, accounts, projects), the commitment coverage target, the environments eligible for shutdown.
What we guarantee: no write access, no data leaving your tenant without your agreement, reproducible figures.
Back-Office Execution Factory
Monthly subscription, 6-month renewable commitment. A managed service that takes over the FinOps back office: preparation, tracking and measurement of every optimization, so that your FinOps spends time deciding and convincing, not chasing.
Every month, the engine recomputes the potential, the KeeFinops team qualifies the recommendations (evidence, prerequisites, risk, commitment impact), prepares the tickets or changes, follows their execution with your technical teams and measures the real gain on the next invoice.
- Weekly execution cadence and monthly executive review
- Optimization backlog with lifecycle (candidate, published, implemented, verified) and real gains versus estimated gains
- Monthly showback and explained variations for your teams and your finance department
- Commitment management (reservations, savings plans, CUDs): expiries, re-scoping, purchase plan
- Nearshore team included for repetitive tasks, supervised by a senior FinOps in France
For whom? Organizations with a solo FinOps or a small team, €1M to €20M of annual cloud spend, that already have recommendations and lack the hands to deliver them.
What changes: the number of optimizations delivered per month, the share of recommendations executed, the time your FinOps spends on decisions.
Also white-label for IT services companies, MSPs and cloud providers: partner offer.
FinOps Center of Excellence
Build + run package. For large accounts whose recommendations pile up without being executed: we build the FinOps Center of Excellence with you (governance, standards, KPIs, tooling, rituals), then operate it during the scale-up and hand it over.
The OmniScale method structures the journey: diagnose and align, targets and roadmap, deployment at scale, continuous improvement. Execution of the optimizations starts in the first weeks, not after the scoping phase.
- Target operating model, RACI, governance bodies and KPIs by persona (executives, finance, product, operations, FinOps)
- Allocation and chargeback: business dimensions, virtual tagging rules, showback and chargeback by entity
- Execution of the sleeping recommendations with the platform teams, measurement of real gains
- Tooling on your data: KeeFinops engine in your environment or ours, connected to your dashboards
- Onboarding by persona, coaching, progressive handover and adoption tracking
For whom? Multi-entity or multi-cloud large accounts, €10M and more of annual cloud spend, with a FinOps team in place and a backlog of unexecuted recommendations.
Typical duration: 3 to 6 months of build, then a 6 to 12-month run with handover.
360 extension: the same model applied to hybrid (VMware, mainframe, private cloud), licenses and vendor contracts.

Frequently asked questions
How are savings computed?
Always from the cost observed in your billing, in amortized view (commitments spread over usage) and in billed view. Never from list prices alone. Overlaps between levers (a VM that is shut down no longer needs right-sizing) are removed before announcing a net potential.
What access do you need to our environment?
Read-only access: billing reader, inventory and metrics reader, reader of native recommendations. No write, no administration rights. Changes are executed by your teams or by a provider you mandate, from tickets we prepare.
Where is our data hosted?
Your choice: at KeeFinops (European hosting, one isolated space per client, named access with password or SSO) or in your own environment, the engine fitting in a single container image. Public demo data is synthetic or anonymized.
Do you work on AWS and GCP, or only on Azure?
On all three. The engine normalizes Azure (usage details and FOCUS exports), AWS (CUR 2.0 and Data Exports) and GCP (BigQuery billing export) into the same FOCUS 1.2 model, and also tracks AI costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, LLM gateways).
Can we start small?
Yes. The diagnostic is scoped on a perimeter (a few subscriptions, an account, a project) and a thirty-minute call is enough to decide whether it makes sense. We prefer to learn your context before proposing anything.
